Stopped here for propane. Took the guy a long time to come out and assist me. I think he was on his phone when I asked for help. Really didnt seem to care for my buisness.

Service is either great and fast or slow and inattentive, it all depends on who is working. The price is usually among the lowest in Burnaby and area. The bad part is going when it's busy because there are FOUR entry points so I've seen accidents. The worst people are the impatient jerks during Rush Hour. My photo shows gas when it was at the lowest in years briefly during the Pandemic on April 14, 2020 85.9 cents a litre.
This place is always busy as it's regular gas os often around 3 cents cheaper than many places. Unless I need to fill up the whole tank of my 75L SUV, otherwise, I would rather get the gas with a couple cents more, but little line up.
Garbage propane
2 BBQ tanks that I had filled were not filled all the way first of all and charged me for full tanks.
Also the propane has plugged 3 regulators in one week of use.
I’m not impressed and will now be going somewhere elsewhere to get my tanks filled.
I had 140km to go and wanted only 5 litres to have about 195km and bought 5 litres in super save gas for $10. I paid and it was like the gas was coming but there was not any sound like the gas was coming and I doubted it but did not notice. After I left the gas station and drove for 5 min I found no km has added to my 2020 RAV4 and my total km was the same 140km. I know my car and with only 5 litres the Distance to Empty changes but this time did not change and my doubt turned true. I returned to the store 2 times and talked to them but they did not refund my money. I am not a newbie I am driving every day and always track my gas and distance to empty. So instead of saving some cents on gas I lost $10. I will never use this station to lose money and leave with nothing.
As of August 15/2023, they are 20 cents cheaper than I see elsewhere in the Metro area.
